Flexitime and overtime accumulate in the time bank and stay under control for both manager and employee.
Payroll data
Hours, premiums, absences and expense claims such as mileage and per diems move as payroll data to Netvisor, Procountor and Fennoa.
CBAs and labour law
Sutja knows Finnish collective agreements and the quirks of labour law, and makes sure rest periods and limits are met.
The most common HR questions, answered in advance
These come up in every organisation that runs shift work. Sutja answers them before they land on a supervisor's desk.
Where are an employee's contract and terms when you need them?
Job title, employment type, working hours and pay sit in one view for every employee and stay up to date.
Employees keep asking about their leave balances.
Everyone sees their own balance and leave taken in their own view, so the question never reaches the supervisor. The balance is calculated automatically under the collective agreement.
When does someone's qualification or card expire?
Skills, cards and permits such as a hygiene passport are tracked, and Sutja reminds you before they expire.
How much flexitime and overtime has built up?
The working-hour bank balance is visible in real time to both supervisor and employee, not only at period end.
Are rest periods and collective-agreement limits being met?
Sutja knows the CBAs and labour law and warns you if the daily rest or maximum working time is about to be breached.
Do hours, expenses and absences transfer to payroll correctly?
Employees log hours and expenses such as mileage and per diems. Approved entries transfer as a payroll file to Netvisor, Procountor and Fennoa.

How much does Sutja cost?
Free is €0/mo, Roster is €49/mo (unlimited users, up to 3 teams) and Roster + Intelligence is €149/mo (analytics and shift optimization). Large organizations can get a tailored Enterprise plan. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and no payment method is required. The trial ends automatically and is not billed unless you place an order.
How does billing work and what are the payment terms?
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing period. The payment term is 14 days net, and the invoice is delivered as an e-invoice or by email. VAT in force (25.5%) is added to the prices.
Is there a lock-in period? Can I cancel anytime?
There's no fixed term – the subscription continues one monthly billing period at a time. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in the service. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, after which the workspace moves to the free Free tier.
What's the difference between the Free and Roster plans?
Free includes shift planning, absences and leave, and employee self-service for up to 3 users and 1 team. Roster adds labour-law interpretation, exception approvals, leave accruals, shift wishes, annual leave and employment contracts, with unlimited users (up to 3 teams). The Intelligence add-on adds analytics and shift optimization.
Which collective agreements does Sutja support?
Sutja automatically interprets several Finnish collective agreements: hospitality, restaurant and leisure services (MaRa), private social services, property services (KIPA), building services / HVAC, and the technology industry. Rules can also be customized for your own agreement, and the range of supported agreements keeps growing.
Which payroll systems does Sutja integrate with?
You can export payroll data as a standard CSV file that works with all common payroll systems. The file export is part of every plan, including Free. Direct integrations with Fennoa, Netvisor and Procountor are being built, and they are included in the paid plans from Roster upwards.
Is there a mobile app for employees?
Employees use Sutja on their phone via the browser: they see their own shifts, submit shift wishes and absences, and log their hours. A dedicated mobile app is coming.
How does onboarding work? Can existing data be imported?
Onboarding is self-service: a guided setup gets you started and you add employees in the service. We're happy to help with onboarding and importing your existing data – get in touch and we'll plan the best steps together.
